Application using the KEMPERATOR

Whether big or small – our KEMPERATOR application machine takes on any challenge And it is easy to operate – as everything at KEMPER SYSTEM. First, the roll of fleece is fitted into the KEMPERATOR and then the tank is filled with KEMPEROL. As the fleece passes through the machine, it is saturated with KEMPEROL before being guided by a roller system onto the surface free from creases and folds. Any air bubbles can be simply rolled out with the nylon roller. That’s it.

Our “large” version, the KEMPERATOR, has been designed for larger areas. It helps to rationalise the application of KEMPEROL V 210 /V 210 M, BR / BR M and 2K-PUR.

The mini version, our KEMPERATOR for connections, can be used to waterproof connections meter-by-meter quickly within a very short time. The maximum fleece roll width that can be fitted is 35 cm.
